ERASMUS+ PROJECT

GOT TO ACT

Simulation games for democracy

Brought together by three NGOs from Europe- My Madeira Island, Student-Youth Council and Center for European Initiatives

The project uses simulation games to enhance young people's skills in local youth activism and policy development. Despite state priorities, youth policy often gets overshadowed by immediate issues. We aim to empower active youth by providing practical insights into policy development, fostering local participation, and influencing youth policy positively.

The project addresses organizational needs, benefiting both organizations and young participants. The goal is to create a manual with theoretical materials and practical examples for wider use. Key objectives include exploring local youth activism, showcasing examples, and overcoming challenges.
